Statistical Process Control (SPC) is used to analyze our internal manufacturing activities. Our unique project oriented organizational structure enables us to provide our clients with outstanding performance in terms of cost, quality and on-time delivery.

We have expertise in launching and running complex projects requiring various production processes incl. mold design, special tooling development. We have experience in a variety of casting and molding processes: investment casting, sand casting, die casting, die forging, injection molding, extrusion and others. We offer subsequent procurement of machined castings and if applicable, together with special testing procedures, heat treatments, coatings, surface treatment, assembly.  For serial production we offer various logistics concepts including KANBAN, buffer stock, etc. We are ready to take responsibility over the whole process of delivering the value to the client.
